Mirella said that she could watch my animals over Christmas. When I reached out to her the day before, I got no response and it seemed as though I had been blocked. On the day she was supposed to come she still hadn’t responded until an hour before. I had to scramble last minute to find other care. This was extremely stressful and if my friend hadn’t came through; I would have had to miss my trip to see family. I would not recommend Mirella as she clearly is unreliable and unprofessional.
