My experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide has equipped me with the skills to provide comprehensive care, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, compassionate, and always strive to create a friendly and approachable environment. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I respect the independence of those in my care. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, always adhering to their preferred method.
