About Mireille

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With over five years of experience, I have been a Reading Therapist focusing on intensive literacy intervention for students K-12. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples, I tailor my approach to each student's unique learning style. I believe open communication with both the student and their caregivers is essential to creating a supportive, collaborative environment. I utilize a strengths-based approach and offer constant positive feedback. Seeing my students' confidence grow as they master new skills is truly the most rewarding part of my work.
