About Miranda

I am a fun-loving, responsible mother of six, five of whom are adults, with my youngest currently 12. I have spent many years as a stay-at-home mom. I have also worked professionally with young children, older adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I find caregiving very fulfilling. I love bringing smiles and joy to those I've worked with. I enjoy hiking, being in nature, visiting parks and museums, exploring the community, and creating arts and crafts. I have attended Utah Tech University in the recent past, as an Art/Psychology major and plan to continue. Eventually, I hope to obtain a master's degree in Art Therapy. Human development has always fascinated me, and I have gained significant experience understanding behavior, communication, and emotional needs. I love reading and I bring curiosity and thoughtfulness into my work. I am very patient and empathetic, while also understanding the importance of healthy boundaries and consistency.
