I have been working at Lakewood community care center for almost 15 years. I graduated with an early childhood education degree in 2014. I have taken a lot of training classes in CPR, first aid, and communicable disease. I believe that the early years last a lifetime and I enjoy working with children because they represent hope and the future to me . Working with children is a great opportunity and to me it is a service to one's community. Parents can enjoy a peace of mind knowing that their children are safe and well cared for in their absence.

Miranda is an incredible caregiver. We know her from daycare, where she was the lead toddler teacher. Transitioning out of the infant room for the first time could've been traumatic, but Miranda anticipated and met our child's needs, quickly establishing a bond and developing trust among our whole family. She is very tuned into your child's needs and abilities. Miranda communicates well feedback about each day or weekly progress, asking you your goals and/or concerns- to help with continuous care. She encourages open play and structured activities. Miranda is a gem!!!
