I was a fitness, nutrition and life coach for my own business Forcier Fitness for 7yrs working with ages 10-94yrs young. I really enjoyed working with seniors assisting them with movement, keeping their brains and bodies active, happy and strong. I am strong enough to support them with any physical needs, running errands, picking up their homes and assisting them with meals. I have an old and young soul and love connecting with all kinds of people.
