I've always had a great relationship with animals, grew up with a dog, dog sat my friend's dogs, and recently have been dog sitting consistently, my brother's Australian Labradoodle for the past two years. I go above and beyond and making sure the dog feel feels like family, is beyond comfortable, mentally stimulated, healthy, and at peace around me. I am extremely receptive to body language and can quickly adjust accordingly. Because I work a remote job, I have flexibility as well. I would very easily be able to walk a dog every 2 to 4 hours, feed dogs, and keep them mentally stimulated. I pay a lot of attention to pets and can be very adaptable. I start with the basics of making sure the pet that I look after is well fed, has gotten an exercise that day, and has received connection and play. Outside of that, I really love to bond with the animals that I watch so that they grow a comfort with me and feel like they can be vulnerable and displaying what they want or need in the moment.
