About Mira

I am a native Russian speaker and a patient, supportive tutor with experience teaching children from 4 to 16 years old. I adapt my lessons to each child's age, level, and learning style, making learning engaging, clear, and enjoyable. For younger children, I use games, songs, and interactive activities to build a natural foundation in the Russian language. For older students, I focus on vocabulary development, reading, writing, pronunciation, and conversational skills. I also emphasize the importance of preserving their native language while living in the United States, helping children stay connected to their culture and family heritage. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where children feel motivated, supported, and confident as they develop their Russian language skills
