Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. For the last four years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experience includes helping with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. I am trained in CPR and First Aid, and adept at de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I always prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I provide regular updates to families via their preferred communication method.
