She is patient, kind yet firm when necessary (we have a very big feeling kid with a fierce will). She dove right into the babysitting job while my husband and I were WFH and took the lead as I desperately needed someone to do so. Maddie is reliable and willing to do whatever to keep our son busy and happy, yet safe. I highly recommend!
