I was my mother's CNA, PCA for 17 yrs. Strongly believe honestly, patience, caring, encouraging, punctual, reliable, positive and, communication is A+. Your love ones are my priority. Minerva has been helping my Mom for several months.  She is extremely reliable and thoughtful.  She can handle difficult situations dealing with dementia.  She has always given 100 percent and has stayed late when needed.  She is excellent giving Mom showers, she is strong and has lots of experience.  I love her communication skills, always gives me updates and gives suggestions on what would make things easier.  She also is kind to my Dad and often feeds him too! Minerva cared for my friend with stage 4 cancer. She was a calm yet upbeat presence at a difficult time, ready to step in and help out with whatever needed to be done. She was very knowledgeable and gave us helpful suggestions for keeping my friend safe and making her more comfortable. Most of all, it was clear how much she cared.

Minerva is an OUTSTANDING caregiver. She has been working with my mother for almost a year and I could not have asked for a better person to care for her.  She is always on time, an excellent communicator (always sends me notes after each visit), is kind and caring, extremely dependable. Minerva has done a lot to help my mother and keep her active and engaged. She always goes above and beyond. She is truly a model of what an excellent caregiver should be. It was a privilege to have her take care of my mother (and me as well!!)

Minerva (Miny) has been an absolute god send in helping my grand parents and our family.  She is dependable, caring, kind, incredibly helpful, and goes out of her way to do 110%.  She made my grandmother's last few weeks at home very comfortable and takes excellent care of my grandfather.  She always sends a detailed report of what she did while she's there and is goes above and beyond to get the job done.  She's an asset and we're lucky to have hired her.

Minerva is a kind and caring person. She takes time with my mother who is compromised on her left side. She is very patient and enjoys talking with my mom. My mom can be a chatterbox! She is a nice companion along with being a skilled caregiver.

Minerva has become an extension of our family. She's prompt, caring and has a wonderful way with our family member who has dementia and early stage Alzheimer's. She helps with food prep, speech homework, transportation to/from doctors appointments, bathing, administering medications and daily routine. She is a joy and I highly recommend her.
