I am Minerva. I am a Certified Nurse's Assistant. I have been a caregiver for 30-plus years. I am honest, caring and dependable with excellent references. I have taken care of a lot of people with all kinds of needs and diagnoses. I have worked with hospice patients, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cancer, dementia and many other illness. I have patience and a passion for taking care of the elderly as it is in my heart. I think the elderly are jewels of our society and they should be treated with respect and dignity as some are losing their independence. They are not children. I have a home health certificate. I am registered with the state of Texas. I possess a skills checklist from the nursing home and hospitals. I have letters of recommendation from several families. I have been a caregiver since 1983. I have paperwork dated from 1983. I am a good caregiver with a great personality. I love to talk to the elderly and just be good to them. I am in Houston at least 3 times a week. I don't mind driving to Houston and surrounding areas.

Ms. Minerva was wonderful with my mom. However she gave days notice that she would not be returning and expressed that she was actively looking for other employment after she was hired. I really like her just wish she would have let me know she would not be long term.
