Most recently I have been caring for a 7 mo girl. I have been with her since she was 8 weeks old. I gave birth to and raised triplets. I love children. I was employed with Head Start Child Development for 4 years in Redding, CA as a Receptionist. I also worked in an Elementary School as an attendance clerk and Medical Assistant. I have a very positive attitude and I am a very trustworthy individual. My schedule is very flexible. Also available for date nights that are very important! I am CPR certified and had to use the Heimlich on a child as well as my own child which was very effective. I love babies but who doesn't? I live in Citrus Heights and do not like to travel more than 15 miles away. I can provide resume and letters of recommendation. My record with Care. com caring for over 25 families I am proud and grateful to say I have cared for teens and newborn babies. Right now I prefer babies only.

Mindy has been our nanny for the last 5 months or so. She has been a huge help and my kids love her. She is very caring and lovely with my infant. We would rehire her again!

Mindy is amazing! I never though that I would be able to leave my 5 month old baby with anyone but Mindy proved me wrong. She is so sweet and engaging. My baby always smiled when she came in. Even my toddler wanted to play with her. She brought books and gave so much special attention to my little ones. I highly recommend!!

Mindy started watching my child when they were 10 months and has been with us for a few months now. Mindy has been very reliable and dependable as a caretaker. She follows our instructions very well, including our no phone policy unless our child is napping. She rotates new toys and activities for my child which has been great and a nice touch. We appreciate her very much!

We hired her after having an interview that she did very well on. She was on top of everything and at first she was too busy for us. Then all of a sudden she was available. During the interview she said her rates had gone up than what's posted on her profile. Another red flag. My wife has her over and she is 30 minutes late to our first session. I admit we were late to the interview because we have a newborn but as a professional being 30 minutes late is terrible. Not only that she didn't buckle our son in his baby seat while she was sitting next to him literally slipping from his chair. She said she asked my wife but its common sense to secure a baby to what ever they are on. On top of that I walked by 5 times and she literally had her face in her phone every single time. She didn't even notice me walk in after the gym. I immediately pulled her to the side and told her it was not going to work out. Paid her for the hour and sent her home.  Not a very good experience.

Mindy is our new favorite person. She is very attentive and understanding with our son who is on the spectrum. She has helped us when we have needed it, both regularly and on-the-fly.

Mindy is wonderful. She watched our 2 month old son for the month of July as he was on a daycare wait list until August 1st. Our baby loves Mindy and was well looked after by her. We are excited for date nights and other times when we can have her over again to watch all three of our kiddos.

Mindy is very caring and took the time to connect and get to know my daughter personally. Shes reliable and communicates proactively. Showing up daily with new activities and ideas to engage with my daughter daily, who quickly warmed up to Mindy and still talks about the fun times they've had together. Mindy is one of a kind and we'd hire her again in a heartbeat.

Mindy is a delight. She came prepared with a binder full of recommendations, CPR Certification and brought toys and books for our 7-month-old daughter. Mindy is punctual, kind, dependable, and was flexible with our schedule, since both parents work from home. Our daughter loves her and would light up when she saw Mindy, which was a huge comfort for this first time mom. Wouldn't hesitate to have her back!

What a lifesaver! It's so hard to find a reliable and punctual sitter. Mindy is that, and more! She always shows up with a big smile and activities/toys of her own to share with our little one. I especially appreciated that she arrived to her interview with me prepared with referrals and CPR/First Aid certificate. We would HIGHLY recommend her!

Mindy is a Godsend! My 2 girls absolutely love her. She is so thoughtful and kind and even brought toys and games that she knew they were interested in. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She's amazing with kids and has such a vibrant and joyful energy. We are big Mindy fans!

Mindy is THE VERY BEST!! My stranger-shy one-year old adores her! She always brings super entertaining games and toys to keep my son occupied. Mindy is clearly engaging, very loving, and most importantly, incredibly dependable. One time our late night baby sitter cancelled on us an hour before coming over. I called Mindy to ask if she was available on such short notice, and she agreed to come over immediately even though we live a good drive away from her.  We absolutely love Mindy! She is really the very best!!!

I have had the hardest time hiring someone to watch my boys due to my wacky schedule. Mindy was amazing and we fell in love with her bubbly persona as soon as we met her. She met my husband for an interview and then watched my crazy boys the following day. When I got home my littlest (1 year and 4-5 month old) started crying because he didn't want her to leave. Hopefully I can have her watch them again.

We've hired Mindy to care for our six month old son on an on-going basis and she's been amazing with him.  Our son has had some medical issues since birth and he can get very fussy during the day from his stomach problems, but she's always very patient with him, reads to him, rocks him to sleep and comforts him.  Our son is extremely particular about new people and most times will not let new people hold him, but he took to Mindy right away and his little face lights up when she arrives to watch him, they have definitely formed a bond.  I will continue to employ Mindy and would highly recommend her to others!
