About Mindy

I like working with kids because they are endlessly interesting and entertaining. The things they come up with amaze me. I find them to be so smart and funny. I'm looking for a job that fits my family's needs and allows me to use my skills working with children in a setting outside of school. I started working with kids when in high school. I worked at a daycare as one of my first jobs. I also worked with special needs peers as a credited course. This led to completing so college for education, a high school para job, then ultimately to elementary support staff and math intervention. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family doing anything, especially outdoors in any season. I'm playful and like to do just about everything. I also draw. One thing you should know about me is that building relationships is my strength. A positive relationship makes everything feel and run better for everyone. My flexibility and humor helps.
