When Mindy joined our family to help me care for my Mom, the heavens opened and gave us a gift! Mindy was referred to me by a Hospice nurse, who knew I was looking for in-home private care for my Mom, who lived with me. Mindy brings deep experience as a nurse and cares deeply for the elderly. She gives her whole heart to them, caring for their physical, mental, and emotional needs. This was especially important to me, as I had taken care of my Mom full time for many years, and needed a caring soul to support my Mom when I traveled internationally for work. Mindy left detailed nursing notes for me when I came back, as well as texted me daily, working with another private nurse to communicate during "shift change" each day. Mindy engaged my Mom with activities, lifted her spirits with humor, and provided day time and overnight care for her through Stage IV Throat Cancer and Dementia.
