About Mindy

Hi there! I am a professional caregiver with a lifelong passion for working with children. I bring a very well rounded background to my nanny roles. I spent 10 years as a stay at home mom, worked for 4 years as an educational aide in a public school, and have 6 years of experience working specifically as a private nanny. I truly love what I do, and I pride myself on providing a safe, warm, and structured environment where kids can just be kids while also reaching their developmental milestones. I believe children learn best when they are active and engaged. I love setting up hands on activities like sensory bins, arts and crafts, and reading books together. Getting outside is a big priority for me. I like to keep kids moving to help them build both their fine and gross motor skills. Whether we are exploring a local park, playing a creative game, or working on a new skill, my goal is to make every day fun and enriching.
