Hello! My name is Mindie, and I am an experienced educator and childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children and families. My background includes working as a lead teacher as well as providing private-family nanny care for children ranging from toddlers to teenagers. These experiences have strengthened my ability to create a safe, nurturing, structured, and engaging environment while adapting to each child's individual personality and needs. As both a teacher and nanny, I understand the importance of patience, communication, consistency, and building trusting relationships with children and their families. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, assisting with learning and homework, preparing meals, maintaining routines, and helping with household responsibilities as needed. I am also comfortable caring for family pets and have previous experience providing pet care, so I am happy to assist with feeding, walking, playtime, and general pet needs.
