About Mimi Sage Xiang

I come from a large adoptive family with siblings ranging in ages from 5 to 28, which has given me a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and adaptability from an early age. Growing up in such a close-knit household helped me develop excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine love for caring for children. I have experience working with children of all ages and enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow. My goal is to use my experience to positively support each child's development while also making daily routines fun and meaningful. I would describe myself as patient, reliable, organized, calm, and fun. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing guitar, painting, and participating in a variety of sports, and I love incorporating creativity and active play into childcare whenever possible.
