Mimi was an absolute joy to work with. She was very attentive to details and we loved how quickly our son connected with her. There was a moment that he had started crying due to our presence and his unfamiliarity with Mimi, but very quickly, Mimi found a way to appease him and gain his trust. The next couple of hours he just kept smiling and giggling with her. Mimi came on time, demonstrated very strong communication skills towards both us (the parents) and our son. I also really liked her cleanliness. So far, we think she is a gem, and it's a major plus that she is athletic and enjoys taking our son on long strolls (in our very hilly neighborhood :-)).
