About Milo

Hi families! I'm a 29-year-old caregiver with nearly 20 years of experience supporting others with patience, compassion, and genuine care. Growing up with my twin brother who has Down syndrome deeply shaped who I am and inspired my lifelong commitment to caregiving. I also have over a decade of experience in the ABA field, which has strengthened my calm, intuitive, and person-centered approach. Some of my most meaningful experience comes from caring for my 88-year-old grandmother in an assisted living setting. I supported her with toileting, brief changes, medication and therapy management, and daily routines like mealtimes-but more importantly, I was there to provide comfort, dignity, and companionship. I believe caregiving is about creating a safe, respectful, and warm environment where people feel truly seen and valued. I'm dependable, attentive, and honored to be trusted with your loved one's care!
