About Milo

Hi families! I'm a 29-year-old caregiver with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience supporting children, including over a decade working in the ABA field with the special needs community. My journey began growing up alongside my twin brother with Down syndrome, which deeply shaped my commitment to this work. I began as a mother's helper at 8 and took on my first professional role at 12. Since then, I've developed a thoughtful, intuitive approach to caregiving that blends structure with warmth. I prioritize a naturalistic, engaging environment where children feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I'm known for being highly dependable, attentive, and emotionally attuned to each child's unique needs. Outside of my work with children, I'm a professional musician, which allows me to bring creativity, rhythm, and joy into my care. Providing a safe, nurturing space for your child is something I take seriously, and it's an honor I truly value!
