About Milly

Hi, my name is Melissa! I love to learn and aid others figure out their own understanding of a subject. I am open to helping folks with a variety of learning styles. People who know me would describe me as open-minded, compassionate, and hard-working. Caring, hard-working, and life-long-learner I like tutoring because it helps me remember to stay humble, as I have been in your position before too! I'm looking for a job that is at the latest until mid to late February. I started tutoring when I was a lead with a helper at a labor job, then became an assistant manager and helped my associates learn how to make sales. In my spare time, I like to play guitar, spend time with loved ones, and do research! One thing you should know about me is that I speak fluent Spanish. Soy chicana, y de eso estoy muy orgullosa. My skills include applying your learning style to the way I help you, being able to say "I don't know" sometimes, and interpersonal skills.
