About Millicent V

Hi. I am carer with 15 years experience I have worked with clients with Dementia/ Alzhiemer, mobility issue and other conditions. I recently cared for a 92 years old client in Atlantic City with multiple conditions that reqiured, personal care, meds administration, light house work duties, meal prepartion and other care. I strongly believe in client centered care and encouraged independence if possible. I have traits in empathy and compassion and accumulated different types of communication skills throughout my working and personal experience. I work well as part of a team but also on my own initiative. I would be delighted to work with you not only to be an asset but to learn from my client.
