About Millicent

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past three years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant. My college education has further equipped me with the skills to provide comprehensive care. I offer respite, live-in, and hospice services, along with assistance in errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia support. I'm also experienced in mobility assistance. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and understanding. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular calls. Respecting a client's independence is paramount to me. I am CPR and First Aid trained. Being friendly, calm, and detail-oriented allows me to connect with those I care for. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my dedication and skills to your family.
