We hired Millie for a nanny position for two children. The plan was to start with the toddler and then take care of an infant and toddler. She initially did well but when the infant was added for a few hours a day it was apparent she could not handle it. She ignored our toddler while she had the baby. I had to provide constant feedback and coaching. I became worried and we sat down and she would not confidently state that she could handle it. In the end she quit via text on a Sunday night.
