Miller is very warm and engaging, and my 2-year-old enjoyed playing with her during a trial day we hired her for. She was fun and playful and kept up well with our very active toddler. We ultimately decided not to move forward due to a misalignment around expectations, particularly regarding compensation. I recommend that families be very clear upfront about hourly rates, payroll, and payment logistics to ensure everyone is aligned before scheduling trial days. I’m sure she could be a great fit for the right family!
