Milla has been a great nanny for us! We hired Milla to care for our 5 year old son with mild developmental delays (who was in remote pre-k) and our 2 year old (now 3 year old) daughter, 3 days a week. Our son was really struggling with remote school this year, but once Milla began working for us, his teachers and therapists commented on how much improved he was with Milla's help. Also, she had great ways of encouraging both kids to communicate and talk about their feelings (she found a great game called "I heard your feelings", a conversation card game about reading emotional situations). She had fun baking with them, reading books, getting outside on walks and playing at the playground. She also has a wide variety of work experience, from working with little babies, toddlers to preschoolers.
