About Militzi

Hi! My name is Militzi, and I'm a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with hands-on experience working in an elementary school with children who have Down syndrome and autism. I am patient, understanding, and skilled at creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment where every child feels comfortable and valued. I have experience assisting with daily routines, supporting individualized needs, and engaging children in meaningful, age-appropriate activities. I focus on building trust and creating positive connections with every child I care for. I am CPR and CPI certified, which allows me to respond calmly and effectively in emergency or high-stress situations while always prioritizing safety. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can communicate easily with both children and families from diverse backgrounds.
