About Miles

Hi! My name is Miles and I'm a student at the Rhode Island School of Design spending the summer at home. From a young age, I've felt a deep passion for nurturing children's development, which led me to volunteer in kindergarten classrooms, mostly. I have experience caring for children aged 1-11 and I love encouraging art and creative projects with kids or just hanging out outside looking for bugs and having fun. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I am patient, calm, friendly, and follow parents' lead in enforcing household rules and preferred communication methods. I am happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, I have lots of experience in the kitchen my mom was a sous chef! Also happy helping with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision (I'm a trained swimmer). I am First Aid and CPR trained. I'm very comfortable with pets and have experience cat and dog sitting as well.
