Hi families! I'm Milena -- a nanny with 8+ years of experience caring for children of all ages, from babies to teenagers, including special needs and kids who need medication support. I've worked with multiple children at once and spent two years as an Au Pair caring for families with 2 and 3 kids. I love playing outside, keeping kids engaged, and creating a fun, safe environment. I follow the parents' lead on household rules, structure, and communication. I'm CPR & First Aid trained, have a valid driver's license, and always keep parents updated using their preferred method.
