About Milena

Nurturing children's growth and supporting families are my passions. My three years of experience working with children with ASD as an RBT have equipped me with patience, creativity, and a friendly approach. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of any age. I am trained in First Aid, CPR, and Safety Care. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and fun activities. I like to follow parents' preferred communication methods and am comfortable enforcing household rules. I speak English and Russian. Ultimately, I strive to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your children can thrive, grow, and develop!
