Milena, is a very conscientious worker, and a great caregiver to our 2 daughters aged 4 and 2. She has great diplomacy with resolving any toy sharing, or other conflicts, that often arise between our two young sisters, and all the while not falling behind on the house chores related to their care. We have found her to be very reliable and a great communicator in terms of the scheduling that she can or can not commit. We would without a doubt hire Milena on full time basis if only she were available to do so. For those that are looking for part-time help, we would highly recommend working with her.
