I highly recommend Milena. She was our nanny for 4 years, beginning when my first was 2 months old, our second was born 20 months after. She kind, caring, adaptable, and playful with kids. She's responsible, a good communicator, and a good driver. I feel that her daily influence in their young lives is part of the reason my boys are inquisitive, kind, and confident.
