About Mildred

I had the pleasure of working directly with Mildred during her time as an educational assistant during our time at our local elementary setting, and her tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me. I was Mildred's direct lead teacher at our elementary, and during that time, we worked together closely, so I fully understand her capabilities.The most impressive aspect of Mildred s teaching is her demeanor with students. Mildred was able to present information on a wide variety of topics while projecting a composed presence, a great sense of humor, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. It is not easy for educational assistants to have strong classroom management, but Mildred had excellent classroom management from the very first day of classes since she could balance redirection with appropriate humor.
