While we did not end up hiring Milbian, we genuinely enjoyed the interview process and felt she would have been a good, reliable caretaker. She was very quick to respond to communication, was punctual with our in person interview, and was willing to immediately redo her CPR and First Aid certification, which she at this point already has. We simply chose to go in another direction but definitely left our short time together impressed.
