Hello, my name is Milani. I am a full time student majoring in Elementary Education at Nova Southeastern University and I work part time as a teachers assistant at an early learning center for kids ages 0-5. I love working with kids and I am looking to gain experience working with smaller groups of kids. As much as I love working with larger groups (about 10-15 children at a time), I believe working with smaller groups can help me gain insight on how to individually work towards every students different needs in my future classroom.
