About Milana

Milana was such a wonderful nanny for our family. She took great care of our toddler and school-age child and was always so patient, loving, and attentive with them. She was also with us during a really big transition as we were preparing for our new baby, and she was such a huge help. Once our baby arrived, Milana was incredibly helpful with the newborn. She was very comfortable caring for the baby, helping with feedings, bottles, diaper changes, soothing, and keeping the baby on a routine. I felt very comfortable having her help with the baby, which meant so much to me as a new mom trying to balance a newborn with our other two children. She was also great about making sure our older kids still got plenty of attention while I focused on the baby. She truly made those first few weeks and months so much easier for our family. She was dependable, caring, and someone I could trust with all of my children. We were very lucky to have her!
