About Milana

Hi my name is Milana, I am a bubbly, patient, kind, and creative individual with a passion for working with kiddos! With two years experience providing childcare services, one being directed towards neurodivergence children, I understand the importance of building a strong trusting relationship. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that may arise. If there are ever any safety concerns, I will immediately contact the caregivers. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both educational and physical. My favorite games are the ones where children are safely enjoying themselves and where teaching moments can naturally arise. I have a college degree, am First Aid trained, and am willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision!
