Mila seemed great, we had an intro call where I spent some time to explain things in details. This was my first trip away from baby and I was looking for extra help for my husband. While we were chatting on the platform she offered to exchange numbers to make things easier. After a few texts, she told us that her rate was actually higher than what is advertised and asked if that was okay. We didn’t love the shadiness but still went for it. The morning of, I had a feeling that something was wrong so I texted her a few hours before she was supposed to start and she eventually texted back saying that she was sick and will not be able to make it. At that point, I had 2 hours for find someone else while on my way to the airport and this caused a lot of stress that I didn’t need. Punctuality and reliability as keys and in that case, Mila didn’t deliver at all

We had a fantastic experience with having Mila watch our 2 boys, 6 and 3.5 years old. They're rambunctious kiddos and Mila kept them busy and having fun the whole time. Will absolutely have Mila over again soon!

Mila is a wonderful caretaker for our 1-year-old son, O.! Mila started watching O. when he was 2 months old so I could do chores around the house, and then morphed into our go-to babysitter! She is thoughtful, fun, responsible, and very experienced when it comes to caring for babies, understanding cues and sharing her expertise. I learned so much from her as a new parent, and am so grateful for her help! We love Mila and hire her whenever we can! 

Flexible, friendly & helpful.  We have 3 young boys who are quite energetic & Mila does great with them.  She comes over a few times a month to help us in the evening and does dinner, bath routine for us.  Would definitely recommend her.
