Milly took care of my daughter for over 2 years and did an amazing job. She’s very engaging whether it’s simply talking to my daughter about her interests and what she did since she last saw her, interactive play, or art/coloring activities. She takes the initiative to solve problems and makes sure her the day is filled with plenty of non-screen time activities. She always found a way to be flexible and prioritize both our needs as parents and the needs of our daughter. Your family would be very lucky to have Milly as a caregiver. She comes highly recommended and we will miss her a lot.
