There aren't enough wonderful words to describe Mila but I believe that she was sent to us by the heavens! My Mother-in-law was sent home to receive hospice care. Our whole family was lost on where to begin. All we know is that we need someone to care for Mom more than the a few hours a week from the hospice facility. When Mila came to help us with Mom, she was amazing. She was loving, kind, thoughtful not just of Mom but of the rest of the family. She took care of Mom's needs, even understood her better than any of us. She made sure Mom was comfortable and the house was clean. She cooked for my Father-in-law (who's also disabled) and made sure his basic needs were taken care; even though we didn't hire her for Dad, Mila showed compassion for a man who was sad & broken as he watches his wife of 59 years fade away. She offered counsel, advice and encouragement. She did so much for our family, Mila was our angel, our beacon of light that helped us navigate these scary waters but also took care of our Mom. We enjoyed our visits with her and she was such a joy to be around that we immediately considered her as part of our family. If our plans had not changed, we would've still asked Mila to continue to help us with Mom. She is a treasure and she is worth more than the amount she asks for. I could go on and on about this wonderful lady. If you're fortunate enough to experience the care that she shares, count yourself blessed.
