I am looking for a new family to share my experience with. I have 8 plus years of experience being a babysitter/nanny/caregiver in Jersey City and NYC. I offer lots experience with kids of all ages (newborns, infants, toddlers: introducing them to solid food, nap schedules, potty training, etc). I have worked for amazing families and have great memories with each one of them and I am hoping to create more with a new family. I am bilingual (English/Spanish). Mili was a God-send and it will only be a matter of moments before you realize it as well. Outside of the standard attributes you would expect from a good employee, she is just an exceptional person. Kind, prompt, solution- orientated, great communicator, Preemptive, considerate- and this is why I hired her for two different jobs for a duration of two years. If it was not an issue of finances, she would not be on the market right. Come to think of it, she has never been hired. When I checked her past employers/ references, they all either relocated (parents of children she cared for) or passed away (as per the family members of elder clients).
