I am looking for a new family to share my experience with. I have 8 plus years of experience being a babysitter/nanny/caregiver in Jersey City and NYC. I offer lots experience with kids of all ages (newborns, infants, toddlers: introducing them to solid food, nap schedules, potty training, etc). I have worked for amazing families and have great memories with each one of them and I am hoping to create more with a new family. I am bilingual (English/Spanish). We were fortunate to have Mili with our family for a couple of months, starting when our son was about 4.5 months old. She brought such warmth and calm energy into our home, and our baby connected with her right away. She was incredibly engaging — singing, reading, and encouraging developmentally appropriate activities that kept him happy and stimulated. She was always punctual, responsible, and very open to feedback, which made communication easy and comfortable. We truly appreciated the care and attention she gave our little one.
