Hi, I'm Mila. I'm a mom to a sweet 4-year-old girl and have been caring for children for over 20 years. I started as a babysitter and later earned my degree in Early Childhood Education (Pedagogy) in Brazil, which gave me a strong foundation in child development. Since then, I've worked as an au pair, toddler teacher, and full-time nanny, supporting children from newborn through age 11 in both classrooms and private homes.
