About Mikun

I'm a first-year medical student at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and a 2025 graduate of University of Pennsylvania, where I majored in Biochemistry and Urban Studies. At Penn, I worked as a Math TA for three semesters, helping students build confidence and master challenging concepts. I tutor math and science for students of all levels and focus on making complex material approachable, engaging, and tailored to each student's learning style. I also bring extensive mentorship and teaching experience through four years working with children at Netter Center for Community Partnerships. In addition, I'm EMT certified with 5 years of experience, BLS certified, and a certified BLS instructor. I understand that learning styles are unique, and everyone deserves to have skills that will make them successful. My schedule is also very flexible.
