About Mikazia

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! As a Social Work student, I'm eager to support families by providing reliable care. I'm patient, friendly, and follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules. Communication is key, and I'm happy to provide updates via text, phone, or in person, whichever you prefer. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational apps with children. I have experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable with one child at a time. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and carpooling. I am also taking Early Child Development coursework. Volunteering with the Yelm Lions Club and my background in law enforcement have instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility. I am excited to help your family thrive!
