I have been providing childcare for over 18 years. I am experienced with all ages, but I specialize in caring for infants. I have experience with preemies, twins/multiples, and infants/children that have special needs. I have provided care as a mother's helper, sitter, nanny (both day & night), respite provider, and personal aide. In addition to typical childcare duties I have assisted with therapies, medication administration, equipment maintenance, and more. I am a mother of two school age girls, an aunt, and oldest sibling so my experience goes beyond my 18 years of professional caregiving. Currently, I am studying to become a newborn/infant care specialist as well as a Postpartum Doula. I have finished my courses and I am in the process of finishing my contact hours to become certified. I work with infants ages preemie to under 13 months old and their families (including siblings). Mikayla is the best nanny you can ever ask for! She treated our baby girl so kind and lovingly from 2-7 months. She’s very dedicated and educates herself on infants. She taught us how to take better care of our baby as well. She washed & folded our babies clothes, organized her section, washed and sterilized her feeding bottles, including my pumping equipment! Also made sure she got her activities in, like tummy time and play time on a play mat. She should be the standard quo on being a nanny.
