Mikayla was FANTASTIC. First of all, our entire family loves her! She was kind, professional and gave our grandfather the best care we could have asked for. In addition to giving our grandfather care with all of his ADLs (ex. toileting, bathing, etc.) she helped us manage his 24/7 care. Her background as a medical assistant really came to play here as she helped manage the weekly caregiver schedule, make sure his doctor appointments were up to date and communication between the family and care team was seamless. Once we hired Mikayla, we were able to relax knowing our loved one was taken care of. I enthusiastically recommend Mikayla for your loved one’s care!
