About Mikayla

Hello! My name is Mikayla, a junior and majoring in Chemistry in the Dual Degree Engineering Program. I also serve in the Georgia National Guard. Originally from New Orleans, I value family and community deeply. As the oldest of five siblings, I've gained hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. In addition, I've worked as a nanny for children ages 3-14, which has strengthened my ability to adapt to different personalities and developmental stages. With younger kids, I focus on engaging play, creativity, and consistent routines, while with older children I assist with homework, organization, and activities that build independence. I also provide reliable drop-off and pick-up for school and activities. I strive to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for every child.
