About Mikayla

For the last decade, I have made great memories babysitting, nannying, and serving in church nurseries. I've gained experience with children of all ages, with autism, and older chikdren with development delays. I adore the littles, but I also love the fun activities and connections that come with older children. I earned my associates in Natural Sciences and Business Admin while tutoring students with unique circumstances in my hometown, then transfered to Drake University for my Bachelors in Marketing and went back for my Masters in Public Administration in 2022. I currently work a day job but I still love caring for kids where time allows. I do not prefer quick gigs; I value building lasting relationships, where families are confident someone trustworthy is with their kids for date nights and weekend getsways. My work schedule is M-F, but has flexibility outside of peak seasons. I love working with families that value time off screens and are open to fun activities!
