About Mikayla

Making a positive difference in the lives of others is my daily goal. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with four years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and preserving their independence. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate regularly with families using their preferred method, providing updates and addressing any concerns. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I find great joy in connecting with care recipients and supporting families, and I look forward to bringing my skills and dedication to your family.
